weird reocoring problem....

ok. no matter what i run (game or program
every 10-15 mins the program minimises itself and sends me back to my desktop
Now after cursing it for about 3 days i tried EVRYTHING i could think off
i got rid of spyware, defraged, virus checked ect and nothing seems to work....
has anyone heard of this?

I used to have this happen with MSN messenger and/or Trillian.

If you have an instant messenger program running, close them, then see if it
happens.
