Weird keyboard errors after several minutes - èé

Hi,

I just did up an install of Windows XP volume license with SP2 slipstreamed
in on two of our computers. The oddest error is occuring, after using an
application for awhile (e.g. an hour or two) it quit's handling the ' and ?
characters correctly, and instead puts in è and é (as well as other locale
problems). This appears to be a per application problem -- most will
continue to work fine and restarting the troublesome application clears the
problem up...for the next couple of hours. It happens in virtually every
app, firefox, outlook, etc.

It is, to say the least, horribly annoying. Anyone had this problem? I
don't even have any idea of what to google for on this one...

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type:

SFC /SCANNOW
