Weird error with my address bar

Hey guys, I recently had a spyware problem and after running adaware,
something went crazy with my IE.

IE (6.0) loads fine and I can view my favorites (and load the pages) and
look through my history and all that.. but i CAN'T touch my address bar or
else I get a "report this error? send report or dont send report" etc. error.
I can type things in the bar, but when I hit "enter" the error comes. The
same happens when I try to use the address bar dragdown thing.

So, I'm pretty dumb when it comes to computers, in simple form - any idea
how to fix this? The spyware is gone, I'm afraid it might have taken
something with it.
 
ERR, guys.. wait. I can type things in the address bar, I just have to type
the FULL URL as opposed ot before I was allowed to type (for example) just
yahoo.com instead of http://www.yahoo.com

i still cant use the pull down bar.. any ideas?
 
NEVERMIND, FIXED IT.

except now i have a problem with my explorer, I can only open one window and
if i go to open another explorer, or a different window.. it takes the place
of the first one.

how do i allow it to open more than one IE windows?

In Windows Explorer:
Tools | Folder Options | View
Place a check mark in the box "Launch folder windows in a separate
process".

I have the same problem with the address bar, can you tell me how you fixed
the problem? The help would be much appriciated, thank you.
