Weekdays calculation

What formula would I use to add a number to an existing date cell that would
return the corresponding date using weekdays only. For an example, if a cell
had a date of 5/1/08 and I wanted 40 business days after that date, what
formula would I use

Look at HELP for the WORKDAY function.
