Webtrends and Windows XP?

Just got a brand new Windows XP Dell with Office XP preloaded, and went to
run my copy of Webtrends v.7 for the first time. I was quite surprised when
it failed with an error message stating that \program files\common
files\microsoft shared\mspaper\english.lng was apparently not a "windows
image".

Webtrends was running quite nicely on my Windows 2000 Pro/Office XP machine,
so I can only guess the problem came in with Windows XP? I tried renaming
the file, and Webtrends then started up running just fine, but when it went
to create my report in Word, I got an error when it tried to execute a
special WT macro that I assume creates the report automatically. No
explanation of the error, of course :( I set macro security down to low,
just in case it was a weird way of saying it had a macro security problem,
but that didn't help.

Has anyone ever seen this error, and if so, is it fixable?

Thanks!

I don't know what Webtrends is, but I'd start with their tech support
and/or website.

It's probably the leading web site statistics package (or at least the most
popular :) Since it's so ubiquitous, I was hoping that someone with XP may
have already encountered this. Yes, of course I've been to the vendor's site
and requested help, but so far haven't received any response from them. Just
hoping someone here may have already been there and done that, ya know?
