Internet Explorer 6 crashes after you install security update 942615 on a
computer that is running Windows XP Service Pack 2 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/946627
I need some info and I will try to help. Who is your internet service
provider? Were you ever able to connect with IE and Mozilla. Did you
install or unistall any programs before it stopped working. What exactly
happens when you try to connect? Do you get an error message or just nothing
happens? Have you scanned your computer for viruses? Let me know and I'll
