when I surf the web and click on a website I want to see, in some of them I
get the message "host is on black list" why, and how do I remove this?

You have some program on your computer that has these URLs on some sort of
list that does not allow you to connect to those sites.

I have no idea what that particular program is. But will have something to
do with Internet security, like Net Nanny or something.

Ask your parents.
