My modem physically connects to the internet and I can see
the two monitors icon on the system tray that tells me it
has established a connection, but ANY address I type in I
immediately get the 'server cannot be found/this page
cannot be displayed" white screen. It doesn't even try.
There is no data transmission going on at all. i have
uninstalled the modem then reinstalled. Updated modem
drivers then rolled them back when that didn't work. I did
the same with explorer. Spent an hour or so with tech
support from HP and they are stumped. This seemed to start
when i tried to install Activesync 3.7.1 and I would get a
tcp/ip error message. I have tried EVERYTHING I can think
of.

Somebody, please!!!
