website homepage distorted please help me

My homepage and index page and a few other pages are distorted. I have been
off my website for a year because i have not had access to internet. Please
help me understand the problem. to see my website goto

That is very, very slow. Where can I turn off the sound? How can I turn off
the scrolling text? Do you really want to be hosted by Geocities with all
those ads over on the right? I would usually leave immediately.
You didn't say how the pages are distorted??? I can only see the scrolling
text and a small dog on the page you referred to. Where are the other
images? Also it's not good to underline text that is not a link.
Other than that ..... I'd start over with a proper host.

I couldn't stay even that long...it woke up my fish...had to leave
