Hello,

I know this is off topic but I need asistance. I don't know if this
problem is mine or Microsoft's. I was trying to get help at the web site but
most of the pages I find are in JAPANESE. The US pages link to Microsoft
Japan. Can any one confirm this or is it somehow just my machine. I'd really
like to get some work done. http://support.microsoft.com/

No problems with the site here (USA). Check your regional settings in
Control Panel. Maybe you've got it set to Japan!

Also try clearing your browser cache:

a. For Internet Explorer's Temporary Files, go to Control Panel>Internet
Options>General tab. You'll see where you can delete cookies and files.
b. For Firefox, clear its cache by going to Tools>Options>Privacy>Cache>
Clear.
c. For Windows Temporary files, Start>Run cleanmgr [enter]. Run the Disk
Cleanup.
