Website & fonts

I recently attempted to publish a website. The problem was once published the
site fonts viewed thru another PC wasn't the same as the orginal. I know that
not all PC's have the same type fonts BUT, are there standard fonts that are
used so I can avoid these differences? And how do I identify them. I have
Windows XP and Frontpage 2003.

that's because the fonts you use must be on the viewer's computer.
