As I don't know where to post this, I also posted it
under, Microsoft Access, Security.

I can't access any page that begins
with, "microsoft.com". "support.microsoft.com", "office.m
icrosoft.com", etc, I can access. I use Norton Anti-
Virus and Zone Alarm. In addition, I have run McAfee and
numerous anti-ad programs, none reporting any problems.
Any suggestions? Thank you.

Check your machine and see if you have a HOSTS file that has a line specifiying
an (incorrect) address for microsoft.com.
If you just type http://www.microsoft.com you cannot access it, correct?

Thank you, Ben. Correct. I can't access by typing the
address or with any link beginning with this address.
No, I don't have a HOSTS file containing the info.

Well, it certainly sounds like a DNS issue to me. You might try going
to a command prompt and typing:
IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS

To clear out the DNS cache on that machine. Then try again. If that
still doesn't work you might try using a different DNS server. Is your
DNS internal with a forwarder to an Internet DNS server or do you just
connect to a DNS server at your ISP or ?

I flushed and still can't access those pages. I'm not
quite sure what you mean about my DNS. I have cable
internet access. Does that answer your question?
