webpage not working only on one computer

When I try to go to a certain webpage it says "this page cannot be
displayed". I tried going to the site on another computer sharing the same
internet connection and it worked fine. Even links to certain parts of the
site dont work. I tried deleting the index.dat file but that didnt do
anything. The site stopped working about a week ago but I dont remember
changing any settings. Please help.

If you use a router, try disconnecting the power to the router for about 10
seconds and then reconnecting it.
this worked for me.
