When trying to access webmail in IE 6.0 the small dialog
window with lines for username and password does not show
up ?
The browser window is a blank page with no content. What
could be wrong here ?

Hi,

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the small dialog, but you may wish
to try the following:

Open internet explorer.
Click on Tools, Internet Options.
Click on the security tab.
Click on the 'custom level' button.
Scroll down to the very bottom. Under the heading 'User Authentication', click
the last box, 'Prompt for Username and Password'.

Click on OK. Click yes to the prompt, and click on OK.

This may help,

Altrus
