In MSN, go to Tools-Web cam settings, there's an option to invert the
view, check it and you'll see in the preview that your perspective is
inverted now. Accept and it's done.
Alternatively, if you have an out of date version of the divx codec this
can cause this problem.
If you have the Divx codec installed, make sure you have the latest version.
