Webcam problems

when i try to use my Logitech web cam i get an error that the device is
already is in use. I guess it is used by an other programm that i have to
close, but what?
i have skype, msn messenger and yahoo messenger and i tried closing them all
but no good...

what should i do?

Have you tried the Logitech web site for a possible solution? Also check out
Skype for information on conflicts with your web cam.
Kelly was suggesting you setup a newsreader, because this could be a long
troubleshooting discussion and the WEB format is not a good format for
newsgroups.
