I have recently bought a Trust 380 USB 2.0 webcam and followed the instructions to install. On launching the software after install the camera light blinked furiously but it took 20 seconds to bring up an image and then it was a very bad quality still. I took it back to the shop and they got it to work fine. Does anyone have any ideas? The trust website suggestes getting an update of windows service pack but is there any onther way???

Cheers

Return it ... get something made by a more reliable manufaturer. ;)

I don't trust Trust as far as I can throw 'em.

There in lies the problem - the supplier will not refund or swap the product as it isn't faulty. G'damn pesky varmin!!

Hmmm, I wouldn't be shopping there again, bad customer relations that.

So I take it the Trust 380 is "garanteed" to work with ANY computer system congiuration? I don't think so & you know so.

Just because it "works" on their system is no excuse ...

:(

it's a fair point mucks, but it's not really helping bobbys problem,

bobby, do as the trust website says, i'd personally try getting the latest webcam drivers and also the latest USB drivers for your chipset.
