Webbased refresh

I am running a mySql be to an access fe.

It is run over the internet for the moment since we have no internal network
set up in the interrum. My only issue is that me.requery and me.refresh are
giving me a considerable delay. The recordset is very small (under 500
records).
Is there a quicker way to update a recordset?

Hi,
using such kind of application over internet is not a good idea, delay is
only one problem, connection can be dropped, then you have to restart the
whole app
