Web Site Problem

I was logging onto a web site and I get this message. The server encountered
an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request. It has HTTP
500 at the top of the page. Is this problem at my end or the web site? Can I
go into internet options to remedy this?

Web site.

"The server" is the web site's server.
