Yeah Faith, this is as simple as creating any MS Word document.
Heres a simple step-by-step procedure...
Open a new MS Word Document
Type anything you want to be on your web page.
Apply Formatting ... the way you want your web page to look like ..
Make Headings .. Give Descriptions etc ...
Apply Colors
when you are done doing all that ...
Go To File Menu And Select Save As
and from the Save As File Type Box, Select Save AS Web Page
give a name for your web page
Yeah save it as an HTML file and .. click on thhat HTML file to open it in
Internet Explorer.. there you can preview it .. or if you wanna do it from
within MS Word .. click FILE and then Preview AS Web
umm.. There is the Office Icon on the Top Left Corner of your word screen .
click on that one and it will drop down the File Menu Options for You.... I
am not having office 2007 installed on the machine i am currently using .. so
cant tell you xactly as to what option might be there for preview .. but
check for any approprate option in that drop down menu,
thanks
The Web Page Preview was dropped from the File(Office Button) menu in Word 2007. You can add it to the Quick Access toolbar from
Office Button=>Word Options=>Customize=>Commands not in the Ribbon
=========
But Word 2007 doesn't even have File in the menu bar! >>
