I was trying to add a second or nested linkbar to my site and now my original linkbar is all screwed up.
My backup restore did not work, so I'm screwed.

I am using a stock frontpage site template.
How do I restore the original style linkbar to all my pages?

Re-apply the theme?

Which/how backup restore.
Why not Publish it back to your local hd from the server? Or did you Publish the messed up bars to the server?

backup was 2 weeks old
lots has changed since

I am not publishing yet because I havn't gotten frontpage extensions working yet on my 2003 web server
