Which one of these two are correct.
1. A Web page is the aspx page.
2. A Web page is the aspx page and the code behind file.

I would say either 2 or

3. The output from #2.

The answer(s) obviously indicate that neither of his options was correct.

What was your answer? Oh yes, it was also neither (ie 3).

So, we agree.

If this were the appropriate group, then we might discuss the various
view engines available to produce the HTML which the browser renders to
create a web page.

But, it's not.
