Web page unavailable while offline

I keep getting this popup on my desktop in multiples that says "Web page unabailable while offline-The Web page you requested is not available offline. To view this page, click Connect
This only comes up when I am working on my computer while disconnected from the internet. How can I get this to stop?

When you are disconnected from the Internet your browser cannot access
Internet pages and so the messages.

To avoid this, save the web pages you are interested in directly to
the hard disk (Using File > Save as), this way you will be able to
always view them.
