web page says done but nothing happens?

I do my billing online mostly now and when I login to a account and try to go
to view any of the links it wont go, just says done and wants me to log in
again? I used this website for a few months now and never had any problems
until now? I have windows xp home edition.Can someone please tell me what to
do?

IE Always Prompts for Authentication When Browsing to Web Sites Already Logged onto
