web page form

I would like to use a form from an access db on a web site that can be
filled out and the information retained in the access db. I'm new to this
and would appreciate any help in achieving this. We are running server 2003
and access 2003.

Access forms don't convert well to web forms. Do some research on Active
Server Pages.
