web page fonts too small and can't adjust

i messed with the display options and now my web page fonts are unreadable.

I need to know how to reset the display options.

I've tried with chaging to a different setting...like windows classic and the web fonts are still to small.
please help.
 
Open Web browser and
Hold your <Ctrl> key and scroll the button of your mouse up and down.
