Web Layout View

I have two macros one title "Email" and the other titled "EmailLetter". One
user, using Word 2000, in our firm finds that when she tries to run either of
these macros her view automatically switches to Web Layout view and she loses
the header and footer details of her document. This does not happen to
anyone else using the same macros and if I run the steps that these macros
run manually on her machine there is no problem. I thought it may be a
setting or Word or Windows that is only on her computer? Does anyone have
any ideas please?
 
Hi

I think you will have to debug the macro code step by step to see what line
of the macro is causing the problem. You will then be able to make
adjustments if necessary.

Once you have done that, if you need more help, post to
microsoft.public.vba.general. Include the relevant lines of problem code in
your post.
