I take it that you have signed up with a host, because you can't upload
a site until it has a host.
Then you use an FTP program with the correct settings to upload the
files to the domain.
The host should have instructions on how to set up the site and the FTP
program.
If you want to use a free FTP program, try entering free + ftp (as is)
in Google. You have to have one that can act as a server. If you have a
firewall that prevents it from acting as a server, you won't be able to
use the FTP program properly.

The OP doesn't need an FTP server - he needs an FTP client and the
correct settings for his account on the web host. A good, free FTP
client is FTP Commander:
