Web Accessories & Web Developer Accessories - zoom, highlight, partial source

Why hasn't microsoft come out with a Web Accessories and
Web Developer Accessories for IE 6?

Those where some of my favorate web development tools.
Nothing like, what is the source code for this section.
Or, I can't see that image, right click zoom in. Or
highlight that portion of text, or can I view this frame
in a new window.

And I know that IE6 comes with some kind of image
toolbar, but it's just not the same.

Web Accessories is still available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/previous/webaccess/default.asp and works
with IE5, 5.5 and 6.
