Why the Weather yet gadget don't work in Vista RTM? "Service not avaible"

if you use other languages (not EN-US) weather gadget doesn't work!!! I'm
shocked this bug has not fixed!!!!

Turns out it just isn't out in your area yet thats why. Give it time.

Sorry, but that just doesn't work.

For instance, my parents are 5000 km away, and my uncle is on the
other side of the planet, so looking outside doesn't help much.

I've been running the weather gadget since I installed RTM. It works
fine however, once or twice on system start-up, it did give the
"service not available" message. I expect it was a network, internet,
or site access problem.
Anyway, it came back online after an hour or two.

The stock Quote gadget does consistently lose all your favorite
companies though.

Yeah on start up it is sometimes caused by you not having an ip address
before the sidebar loads.

I've found a solution for this issue. It seems to be related with
international settings that interact with windows live services (wlsrvc.dll).
This file should be replaced to get it to work..
