weather gadget can't work

On Vista RTM,weather gadget can't work, 'service not available' error comes
out, anyone has solution?

Hi John

From my experience with RC1 5600, "service not available'
appears when you are off-line.
Secondly, was the weather gadget written for RTM
or a previous version like RC1, beta 1 - 2 - ?

My first post was stupid. Of course the gadget was
written for RTM, it's included in the release. Silly me.
That only leaves us with being off-line.

The server giving you the data may be down. Pretend you live in another
country and it will most probably work. If that's the case, make sure you
have your location set right and just wait until the server is okay again.

I've found a solution for this issue. It seems to be related with
international settings that interact with windows live services (wlsrvc.dll).
This file should be replaced to get it to work..
