we can use to generate our own random lists?

someone that knows if Excel have some sort of program we can use to generate our own random lists in a excel spreadsheet ?
 
Depending on how many decimal places you wish the number
to be use the following formula and then multiply it.
this by itself will give you a random number between 0
and 1. format the cells to display however many digits
you wish.
=rand()
