way to increase the number of half open tcpip connections?

I keep getting a warning in the event viewer...that it has reached the
limit...

Does this mean that the downloads actually go slower what that happens?

This is a question.. when you use torrent for example and it created
hundreds of tcp connections, everything seems to slow down...

I know that there is a patch that is called EvID4226Patch223
But at some point my antivirus told me this had a virus...

strange...

is there any other solution?

If you downloaded EvID4226Patch223 from http://www.lvllord.de/ you would
have seen a message on the page about this problem.
