Way to force IE window on top?

Is there any means of forcing an Internet Explorer window to stay open and on
top of another application? The application and IE coexist when
side-by-side, but when the reduced IE window is dragged over the application,
and the application is clicked-on, the IE window is covered. For a certain
demonstration involving the application and its effect (as observed on a Web
page) it would be nice to have the IE window stay open. Any way to do this?

Hi,
I use this freeware program to keep windows on top:
PowerMenu 1.51: http://www.veridicus.com/tummy/programming/powermenu/#top

There are a number of similar freeware programs available from the usual
freeware sites- nonags.com, tucows.com, etc.

You have another option of wrapping the HTML pages in a HTML help file(.chm)
and define then default window with "always on top attribute. This is the
"normal way" to do the task.

The program "HTML Help Workshop" that come with VS.NET can be found at
"Program Files" folder.
