Watching recorded tv

Is there a way I can watch tv that is recorded from other users? I have xp
home edition, but I really want to watch the Lakers on KCAL 9, but I moved to
Las Vegas, so I can't watch it. Or is there a way I can watch tv online?

If someone records it or streams it for you - sure.

Is there like a way I can search for who records it and posts it on
the web?

I didn't say it was common - especially for sports - as the results of the
game would too often be known before the download was finished. It is
possible for series and such - many people trade these things.. Legality is
sometimes in question - but yes - you could use Google to look for some
things.

Otherwise - you would need someone to do it for you and set everything up
that way.
