Have you moved any jumpers lately? Some mainboard manufacturers program the
BIOS to warn you if certain settings are changed. But there is usually a
way to set an option in the BIOS to turn that warning off. Basically, you
need to confirm that your CPU clock and multiplier are set correctly, and
then (if necessary) turn the stupid warning off in the BIOS setup
creens. -Dave

hi, I just had this prob,

Go into bios and make shur the cpu is clock right, them press f10 to save
setting and reboot
the warning shold be gone :)

Thanks for your message
I can only find this item in BIOS:

Host/PCI Clock is 133/33MHz

in BIOS. Should I try changing this setting ?
What value should I use ?

I never tried setting any jumper, not even openning the case !
