Warning: page has expired

I constantly get the "Warning: Page has Expired" error
when I hit the back button. After researching it was
stated to download service pack 1 which would clear this
problem. I have done this a while back yet I continue to
get the error. What am I to do?

Hi: There is nothing you can do because it is the way

the web site you are visiting is written and not on your
end. This usally happens at a secured site where
passwords or bank account # are and the page expires for
obvious reasons.
 
When this happens just refresh the page - hit F5 or find
Refresh under the View Menu.
