Warning Messages

I want to create a "Make-table query" using the same table
name each time I run the query (because i have a report
linked to this table) but keep getting the message
"The existing table "XXXX" will be deleted before you run
the query. do you want to continue Yes No "
How can I stop this message appearing. I have deselected
the three options in Tools > Options > Edit/Find confirm
section but the message still appears.

Currently using Access '97
 
Try to delete the table before running the make table
query or instead of using the make table query just do
append query.
