Warning Message - Interactive Training

When clicking on "Learn XP" shortcut on desktop, get the
following warning -

"Warning: File missing Swflash.ocx
This file is required for normal operation
Please exit and re-install this product from your CD or
network to restore this critical file"

Since my computer was purchased with Windows XP Home
Edition installed, I do not have the program CD. How do
I get this file and how do I install it?

Hi, Larry.

From the Run prompt, type: sfc /scannow

System File Checker will compare each Windows XP file with the "known good"
copy held in your on-disk cache and replace any missing or damaged ones.
Sometimes SFC needs to see the original WinXP CD-ROM during this process,
but since WinXP was pre-installed on your computer, there probably is a copy
of those original files in some hidden spot on your hard drive; SFC should
know how to find that.
