warning message 250 to 247

Hi, anyone help me with this,after the PC has been running for a short
while,I get a warning message:
Attribute seek time performance changes from 250 to 247.

What on earth does this mean!! regards aga151

This is a warning coming from a monitoring program for your hard drive
(probably S.M.A.R.T). Test the hard drive with a diagnostic utility
from the mftr. Download the file and make a bootable floppy or cd with
it. Boot with the media and do a thorough test. If the drive has
physical errors, replace it.
