Warning event occurring frequently

In the Event Viewer I see several enters citing a warning from
Userenv. When I follow through to Microsoft to get more information I
get the following message:

Message: Windows saved Hank registry while an application or service
was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the
user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when
it is no longer in use.

This is often caused by services running as a user account, try
configuring the services to run in either the LocalService or
NetworkService account.

Explanation
Windows unloads each user's profile and user's section of the registry
when the user logs off. This message indicates that Windows could not
unload the user's profile because a program was referencing the user's
section of the registry. This locked the profile. The registry cannot
unload profiles that are locked and in use. When the program that is
locking the profile is no longer referencing the registry, the profile
will be unloaded.

How do I locate what "services" are causing this problem?

I went to the URL below and it pointed me to down load a small file
called Hive Cleaning Service which I installed per directions. Next
time I shut down a small window came up saying closing CCAPP. This is
part of Norton's virus scan system for email. Must be what is holding
things up. In any case no new warning entries in event log on the
last couple of on/off cycles so guess it is fixed. Thanks

Hank,

Virus scanning E-mail is a waste of time. In fact, the only real reason to
use email and download scanning is to make you feel more secure.
