WANTED: MSN-Like ASP.net Calendar Service

Hello,

We're looking for a reasonably sophisticated calendar service. Something
more comprehensive than a simple datetime picker... more like the service on
MSN Hotmail.

We want sharing/coordination functionality for business/sales specific
purposes. XML Webservices also required for thin to thick client
translation/co-ordination.

ASP.Net compatibility is an obvious must and although it shouldn't matter,
would prefer it had been written in ASP.Net so we're buying from a service
provider using same technologies/heading in the same direction, as us.

Any ideas/reviews re:service providers would be appreciated.
Dont want to have to reinvent the wheel on this one.
