Want web pages to go to OE, not new Outlook.

Just downloaded Microsoft Office and haven't configured Outlook. When I try
to send a web link or page by email, Office opens, but I can't send. I want
to continue to use OE until I have figured out & configured Outlook. I can't
find any way to disable Outlook until I'm ready to use it. Please help!

Open IE and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs. In the E-mail drop-down,
select Outlook Express.
