Want to rename a windows system folder containing my name

I want to rename a windows system folder which contains
my name. I want to remove my name from this windows
system folder c:\documents and settings\martin

How do I rename the folder from Martin to something else?
Windows XP does not allow me.

The easiest way is to create a new account named as you want, then
copy data to new account:
