Want to print an index

Another newbie question here. I "think" I've built an index (I'm doing a
school directory). In this index, I want the students' last & first names,
teachers' names, and telephone numbers. I've searched HELP and cannot figure
out how to export my index and print it. Any suggestions? Thanks so much,

By the sounds of it you need to create an Access report. The report wizard
will do most of the work for you. What form does your 'index' take at
present? Is it a table or (more likely) a query joining several tables? The
report would be based on the table or query.

Once you've created a report it can be viewed on screen or printed.
