Want to buy .Net 2005 beta.....what is EULA?

Any one know? what is stated in .Net2005beta2 EULA...
i want to buy it from Microsoft Site ,whch is available for buying?

i want to start my own small developement center,
dose its EULA allow me to make my own software packages, which i can
sale?

Well you can get beta 2 if you pay for shipping (see
http://msdn.microsoft.com/getthebetas/), or you can download the
Express editions, or you can buy an MSDN subscription and download the
beta.

The regular beta EULA does not, but there's a Go-live license. See
http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/vs2005/golive/

You will certainly be able to sell software made with the release
version (coming November 7).

yo,

i'm not sure if i understood the question but

1. i got the beta for free (even the shipping was free)
2. it is stated on all the beta dvds thAT it is illegal to resell the dvds
