Want the Word ruler to be real, and especially the aspect ratio.

Using a 17" CRT set to 1280x768 pixels.

3" on the ruler = 2 5/8" horizontal 3"on the ruler = 3 5/8" vertical

What's the prob?
 
Try a display resolution of 1280x1024 or 1024x768 pixels, and the aspect
ratio will be closer.
