Hi folks!

Windows XP lists all the pictures I have on My Pictures
folder on the wallpapers list. I'd like that XP only
showed the pictures on the C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper
directory, not the ones on My Pictures.

Also, is there a way to zip files with XP and define a
password to open the zip file??

Thanks guys!

Hi,
If you dont want specific pictures to be listed under the desktop
properties, then dont store them under My Pictures and
C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper.

You can create a zip file and password protect files but the zip file can be
opened and the contents of the ZIP file can be viewed, ALTHOUGH the actual
file cannot be opened. This can be done by creating a new ZIP archive by
usual process and then selecting the desired files within the archive and
click on file>add a password. Fill in your password and click OK.

Another way of doing this is by creating a zip archive and then putting this
zip archive into another ZIP file and password-protecting that file. This
way even the contents cannot be read.

Please post back if further assistance is needed.
