Wallpaper + Taskbar Question

Hi,
This is a really really stupid question. Here it is,
are you able to make Windows automatically stretch the
wallpaper on the desktop so it isn't cut off by the
taskbar?

you can set your taskbar to autohide, that way when you're not using your
taskbar it will disappear out of the way and all you'll see is your
wallpaper. Just right click on the taskbar, select properties, and check
"Auto Hide"
 
Would you like to hide the taskbar?
You can do this by "sliding" the taskbar
off-screen using your cursor in the
double-arrow configuration. You can
grab it back again using the double-arrow,
as well.
