Waiving screen

Need Help, Cannot get the screen to focus and away from getting all waivy. I have installed a nvidia riva tnt2 model 64 card and have not been able to stop the screen from waiving. HELP PLEASE, tried everything in the trouble shooter.
 
have you tried another monitor?
